Alroy Street Residence

The 200 sqm private residence includes a private roof terrace. The design uses the client's passion (and profession) for books as an organising architectural element. Using ultra lightweight metal work, airy bookshelves act as space divisions, separating private from public elements, whilst still allowing maximum views and ample daylight to wash the space. Special attention was given to the wet areas, rendering each space with a unique material palette to enhance and complement the gentle simplicity of the interiors.
