Beyond Centre, a 10,000 m² mixed-use podium, is conceived as a confident urban plinth at the base of the Beyond Mega-project where the city gathers, slows, and flows.
A clear network of routes links the scale of the Ayalon with a more intimate system of retail and leisure spaces. Materials and rhythms extend from exterior to interior, softening boundaries and establishing a language of quiet, precise detailing.

The project reads as a continuous ground where commerce, leisure, and daily life intersect. It transforms the podium into an open, connected urban layer—porous, legible, and embedded within Tel Aviv’s evolving metropolitan context.
