Kenshoo is an internet marketing company with global representation and international clients worldwide. The company's headquarters and its core R&D base spans across 3 floors of a newly built office building in Tel Aviv. The design presented the challenge of creating a fluid work environment in which the division over multiple floors does not interfere with the collaboration between employees and their sense of community. The design integrates the company’s need for adaptability and flexibility in its organisation, incorporating needs of emerging and temporal collaborations within the company and was developed by innovative parametric models that bind the company's spirit and its spatial and material manifestations.

The plan balances between open layout workspaces that are split into smaller work groups and closed private rooms. This layout provides flexibility in the amount of workstations by facilitating an easy shift from meeting spaces into offices, by changing informal meeting spaces into open layout offices and from formal seating (meeting rooms) to informal seating (lounge, breakout space, game room etc).
