'Comfort Booth' - Spatial Noise Cancellation

Product Design

Comfort Booth is a revolutionary spatial ‘Quite Bubble' for the individual user with applications ranging from public spaces such as train stations, airports to retail and business hubs.

Blurring out the boundaries between public and private , the booth provides comfort and quite environment for individual users without enclosing or over confining them.

The Comfort Booth™ prototype is produced as a double  GRP shell that integrates both ANR speakers and multiple microphones to allow spatial active and passive noise reduction, and works at virtually any location.  Its shape is defined through a form finding process based on measured noise data.
